Playing with only 6 players, the Richfield Wolves kept pace with their opponent the Slinger Lions in the first half 1 – 1 with an impressive defensive game. The first goal was scored by Kayla. But quickly in the 2nd half, the wolves found themselves 2 points behind. Staging an impressive unanswered surge with goals scored by Nathan, Samantha and Taylor, the Wolves took the lead to finish 4 – 3. Throughout the game the Wolves displayed impressive footwork, speed and teamwork. Blake defended the goal impressively and had attempts at scoring. Alyssa helped pick up the pace with several breakaway attempts at goal as the fans cheered on. Fun was had by all.
